Poetry and Leadership, with Kelli Bettenhausen (Open to Public)

June 13 @ 12:45 PM - 2:15 PM EDT

This event is open to all; please feel free to invite a friend!

Please join us in connecting the dots between poetry and leadership with Kelli Bettenhausen (Fall 20 GYBS) and her partner Kathryn Schindler.

Poetry is a form of literature that uses artistic and often rhythmic qualities of language. Leadership lies in language. In fact, all leaders are leading language communities, according to Robert Kegan. What would occur if these two were combined to generate rich conversations, inclusive thinking and learning of others? How can poetry be used as a tool with leadership? These questions are the catalyst for the podcast “What Does Poetry Have To Do With Leadership?” hosted by Kelli Bettenhausen  and Kathryn Schindler. Together, they are hosting an interactive GC session to explore our own leadership through poetry. Come join the fun!
