Easing Back to Life (Open to Public)

Join with other like-minded women for support and wisdom to reflect, revive and begin anew.

Easing Back to Life is an opportunity to come back to life through intentional nature-based practices that will awaken your senses, enliven your spirit, and restore your sense of wholeness after a year in which so much was taken away. As the pandemic eases and many voices urge us to plunge into the frenzy of our old lives, there is a greater wisdom that awaits if we ease back to life. This is a chance to reflect on who we are now, join a supportive community of women, and learn some practices that will support a conscious, intentional re-emergence.

The sessions will include a mix of deep dives into nature-based practices that the guides have found to be the most healing and enlivening, and a community conversation process to deepen personal insights. In your free time between sessions we ask you to try these practices out in natural locations near your home.
