Session 3 of 5

As modern life often urges us into a frenzied pace, there is a greater wisdom that awaits if we take the time to pause. Ground Work is an opportunity to:

• awaken your senses, enliven your spirit, and restore your sense of wholeness through intentional nature-based practices,
• establish a toolkit of essential nature-based leadership practices that will enable you to refine your unique leadership style, and
• create an intention statement that serves as a “north star” in your personal and professional development.

The sessions will include a mix of deep dives into nature-based practices that the guides have found to be the most healing and enlivening, and a community conversation process to deepen personal insights.  In your free time between sessions we ask you  to try these practices out in natural locations near your home.
