As Executive Director of Pratt Area Community Council, Inc. dba IMPACCT Brooklyn, Ms. Grier provides leadership and resources for this community development corporation that is committed to helping residents build and sustain flourishing communities.  IMPACCT Brooklyn works to create and preserve affordable housing; foster small business development; and promote civic engagement. Under her leadership the organization has assisted over 11,000 residents and leveraged investments of over $100 million.
