Pledge to Give
Your financial contribution makes a difference in many ways!
The Center for Nature and Leadership (CNL) is a dynamic, intergenerational community of women who support each other in living our best selves and showing up as catalysts/changemakers in the world. When the organization was created in 2010, my vision was to create cohorts of 12 women leaders who met twice yearly in inspiring natural settings to grow their leadership effectiveness and build a supportive, advisory community using nature-based leadership tools and practices.
CNL has achieved this vision and more! We’ve developed a core curriculum that echoes the cycles of nature which enables easier replication of these practices. We’ve also developed innovative ways of reaching a broader community, which includes 25 states and stretches internationally to Europe and South America. Now, more than ever, we are poised to launch exciting new developments that will ensure CNL will thrive into the future.
Please reflect on the impact that CNL’s nature-based leadership programs and this community of supportive, heart-forward women have had on you. Would you like to see these kinds of programs reach a broader and more diverse community of women? Do you want programs and a community like this to continue? We certainly do!
To make this happen and to secure CNL’s future, the organization requires an immediate infusion of $30,000. The Executive Director and Board have prepared a summary of how your investment will be used as an attachment to this letter.
With your support, over the next 6 months, CNL will:
-
Implement strategy to enhance the financial sustainability of CNL
-
Launch five-year program calendar and increase membership opportunities for women to participate from around the globe
-
Bolster nature-based leadership guide training
To make this happen, we need your most generous financial contribution and participation RIGHT NOW. Our target is to raise $30,000 in pledged donations, with at least 50% of you, by August 15.
In closing, CNL has been following Nature’s guidance for the past twelve years providing much impact and abundance for all those whose lives have been touched by the organization and its offerings. We will continue to listen deeply to Nature’s wisdom and the voices of all of you. We sincerely hope that you can respond to this urgent need. Please join us with your contribution of dollars, your mind, heart and hands to help CNL grow into the future.
Sincerely,
Founder: Beverly Winterscheid, Ph.D. Executive Director: Kim Slack
Current & Past CNL Board Members: Holly Braun, Chris Schneider, Debbie Sagen, Brittin Wood, Alix Lefler & Cary Gaunt, Ph.D.
