Experience the awe-inspiring migration of gray whales along the Oregon coast during the Winter Whale Watch 2025, taking place from December 26 to 30, 2025. This annual event offers prime viewing opportunities as approximately 20,000 gray whales’ journey southward to their breeding grounds in Mexico.

On December 28th, we will have carpools leaving various Portland locations.

Schedule:

9:00-11:30 carpool to Lincoln City Whale Watch Center

11:30-12:30pm: look for whales and learn about their migration

12:30-2pm: lunch with a view

2:00-2:30pm: short hike (optional)

2:30-5:00pm: carpool home

Cost: $50 suggested donation (complementary with annual membership) plus lunch
