Winter Solstice marks the darkest day of the year and indeed, there is literal and metaphorical darkness all around. We’ll spend some time on Sunday identifying what that means for each of us, consider how we may Winter well and identifying ways to embody more light, specifically through wisdom, courage and integrity, when the time is right. Please bring a journal.
