An Elemental Journey
Harnessing the power of Nature’s elements for greater
impact at home and work
October 9 – November 20, 2026
Four 2-hour gatherings over 8 weeks with self-directed work
Limited spots available, registration closes September 27, 2026
Do you want to be more effective in your life and your work whilst connecting with the ancient wisdom of Nature’s elements? Do you want to understand yourself, others and the world around you better and be more successful in your chosen path?
Nature’s elements have been used as a model to make sense of the world for thousands of years, throughout history and across the globe. They not only represent the raw materials necessary for life on Earth, but they are also used as symbolic representations of different dimensions of life, and are universal, enduring, and deeply ingrained in the human psyche.
This series of four 2-hour workshops will take place over 8 weeks with additional self-directed activities to be completed in between.
The programme will take you on a journey through the five elements in the Celtic model and you will…
- Discover how the elements provide a framework for understanding ourselves, others, and the world around us
- Identify and understand your own elemental preferences and those of others in the way we behave and communicate
- Learn how to harmonise the elements, embrace their diversity, and harness their power to help you get the best from yourself and others and improve your relationships
- Apply the learning in your workplace and your home life to enhance your personal effectiveness
Programme Structure
This programme consists of four 2-hour online workshops, with simple, self-directed activities which you’ll need to complete between the workshops.
The workshops and self-directed activities combine…
- Playful, enjoyable, creative activities
- Learning lessons from nature and drawing on her wisdom
- Time and space for personal reflection
- Practical advice to help you apply your learning in the real world

Nicki Davey
My purpose in life is to do what I can to help create a world where there is compassion, justice, sustainability and regeneration for people and planet rather than consumption and profit. I therefore design and facilitate programmes that focus on the inner growth and transformation that is necessary to create transformation, and my 16 years of helping individuals, teams and organisations to learn, develop and grow has shown me that nature is by far our best teacher on this journey.
I live in south-west Scotland where my partner and I are undertaking a nature recovery project on our 4 acres of land (including planting 1500 trees) to create a haven for Nature and space for people to immerse themselves in Nature.
Sabine Glatz
I have always had a deep love for, and connection with, nature. Growing up in the rural countryside of Bavaria, Germany, I spent my childhood outside and the forest has always been my favourite place. As a certified nature coach and communications trainer I use nature’s wisdom and her principles to accompany humans on their journey of change and development.
‘Learn from nature to create a better future.’ This purpose guides me and everything I do with my business Natural Work Life, where I provide training, coaching and project management services.
